The acousmatic work Solar Winds… and Beyond by Elizabeth Anderson was awarded First Prize in the Musica Nova 2015 International Competition of Electroacoustic Music (Prague, Czech Republic); Nebula Sequence by Adrian Moore, Isomorphic by James O’Callaghan, and Sattva by Robert Scott Thompson were awarded mentions.
The 16th Concurso Internacional de Composição Electroacústica Música Viva has awarded its Prize to Counterattack by Adrian Moore. The jury also decided to recognized with honourable mentions Sibylle by Gilles Gobeil and Ventriloquy by Andrew Babcock. The first two works are being released this month on empreintes DIGITALes.
The Concert international presented by Musiques & Recherches on February 27, 2013 at Espace Senghor in Brussels (Belgium) will feature works by Elizabeth Anderson, Adrian Moore, Robert Normandeau, Zuriñe F Gerenabarrena, and Irene Pacini. There will be a pre-concert talk with Elizabeth Anderson about her new 8-track work Solar Winds which premiered in October 2012 in Mexico.
Adrian Moore and Pete Stollery will jointly launch their new disc at a presentation / master class at The University of Sheffield (England, UK) on April 24, 2011 and the following day, October 25, at the Contrechamps & Scènes concert as part of the Sound Festival in Aberdeen (Scotland, UK).

The work Fields of Darkness and Light for violin and processing by Adrian Moore was awarded the First prize (mixed music category) at the Musica Nova 2010 International Electroacoustic Music Competition (Prague, Czech Republic). The work will be heard at the competition’s concert on December 8, 2010 at Divadlo Inspirace in Prague.
