Richard Truhlar (Toronto, Ontario, 1950) is an electroacoustic and text/sound composer and performer. He has had works premiered at the Canadian Electroacoustic Community (CEC) events, the CEC Electroacoustic Days, Diffusion! (1988) and >convergence< (1989). His works have been broadcast both nationally and internationally, and he has had five books of his fiction and poetry published, his most recent being The Pitch (Mercury Press, Toronto). His most recent being book, his 6th, is Dynamite in the Lung (The Mercury Press).
