MANTIS South-North Festival, UKAcousmatic pieces by Martin Bédard, Robert Normandeau, Mathew Adkins, Laurie Radford, Pete Stollery, plus a videomusic by Pierre Alexandre Tremblay will be presented during the MANTIS South-North Weekend Festival from March 9 to 11, 2007 in Manchester (UK). Truax at Música Viva, Lisbon![]()
Música Viva 2003, the International Festival of Electroacoustic Music held in Coimbra’s Museu dos Transportes (Portugal), presents 6 days of concerts from September 12 to 18, 2003. Composer Barry Truax will present an octophonic concert September 17, featuring works of Wende Bartley and Laurie Radford (with viola by Laura Wilcox). The following night, September 19, the concert is dedicated to mixed works for percussions with compositions by Kaija Saariaho, Beatriz Ferreyra and Elsa Justel.
