The radio series “Simulcast 2.0: Sackville” will take place on July 28 - August 24, 2009 on CHMA 106.9 FM in Sackville (New Brunswick, Canada) and online (www.mta.ca/students/chma/listen.htm). Four Canadian sound and radio artists have been asked to provide a single sustaining sound to be broadcasted from 2am to 6am. 12:00 by Hélène Prévost will be presented during the first week. Compositions by Mario Gauthier (Transparences in six parts, one per night), i8u (Still Life), and Stéphane Claude (Waves Array) will follow, one per week, until the end of the series.

Éric Mattson, artistic director of the Oral label, presents the concert series Transitors et autres circuits (TAC). The next edition will be held on November 26, 2004 at Montréal’s Musée juste pour rire with Diane Labrosse, David Sanson, Mathias Delplanque, Daniel Olson, and Szkieve. The two next events will be featuring works by Nancy Tobin, David Kristian, and i8u on December 15, 2004 and by Ælab, Magali Babin, and Tim Hecker on December 17, 2004, this time at Oboro’s new media laboratory (Montréal).
